This file was created using Paint Shop pro and a tutorial online that I found. I enjoyed working with some of the advanced image editing effects in Paint Shop Pro. I've used simple image tools, but they can't do this type of sophisticated image editing. All in all, I was satisfied with the way my file turned out and I'm looking forward to future projects like this!
